Now at just over 11 years of age he has settled into life as an elder statesman.  His current responsibilities are to guide and nurture our young Heidi, as job he is really enjoying, you can see the look of pride on his face as he escorts her around on their daily walks.  He also enjoys the occasional trip to the beach and dog park, but finds it quite difficult to  keep up with the girls and given his history makes for a difficult trip some days.
